This is an opportunity for juniors to learn the skills involved with rugby, make friends or improve your fitness.
For some it may simply be be to see if there may be a place in rugby for them (Psst! There is. Rugby caters for everyone).
Sessions will be split in age groups with the age 7 to 10 running between 10am and 12pm and the age 11-13 between 1pm and 3pm.
The sessions are FREE and ALL interested in playing rugby, or want to find out more about rugby, are welcome to the appropriate age grade session.
