Boro U14s Triumph Over Novocastrians in Hard-Fought 33-24 Victory

Boro U14s traveled to Novocastrians and secured a well-earned 33-24 win in challenging windy conditions. The first half was a tightly contested battle, with both teams exchanging blows.

Boro struck first through Josh Peacock, with Christian Boyes adding the conversion. Novocastrians responded with a try but failed to convert. Boro extended their lead with tries from captain Lewis Boyes and Harry Thompson, both converted by Christian Boyes. Novocastrians hit back again, keeping the game competitive.

In the second half, Will Foster and Lewis Boyes each crossed the line again, helping Boro seal the 33-24 victory. The entire squad was awarded Player of the Match for their outstanding performance, avenging a tough defeat from last season.
