The inter-club pre-season game date has changed. It will now be held on Thursday 15 August at 7:00 at Tollesby.

Another change: The Yorkshire Cup game is cancelled. Our drawn opponents, Ilkley, decided to withdraw from the Yorkshire Cup this season. Therefore, Boro get the walkover. However, don’t be disappointed. Ripon have stepped in and a fixture will be played away at the Mallorie Park Drive, Ripon, HG4 2QD.

The Blaydon fixture will still go ahead as planned.

Note also that the Colts have games planned on Friday 16 Aug against Mowden (7pm), 29 Aug against Hartlepool (one of them) 6.30pm and 7 Sep, the precursor of firsts, against Wetherby (1pm).

The Wasps/’A’ Team are at home on 24 Aug against Bishop Auckland(2pm) and away to Blyth on 31 Aug (1pm). Cancelled
